Imagineering will not be held responsible for any costs, expenses and liabilities including legal expenses, relating to a violation of these terms and conditions.

Imagineering does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Imagineering only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Imagineering and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Risk of loss
All items purchased from Imagineering are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and
title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We want your online experience to be enjoyable and we take care to respect your privacy when you visit our web site.

Refund policy

By purchasing the products of Imagineering you agree to the below terms and conditions.
* Refunds/exchanges will be paid in full if goods are faulty
* There will be no refunds/exchanges if you simply change your mind
* Refunds/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process.

If you are not satisfied with your Imagineering purchase of a product, please email info@imagineeringunlimited.com for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product.

Configure-to-order, personalised or other customised product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If the item is returned unopened in the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to Imagineering Head Office within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.

All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

A 10% open package fee will be assessed on any opened product.

NOTE: Imagineering recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Imagineering or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Imagineering reserves the right to change the privacy policy and terms and conditions of sale at any time.

Changes to this Policy
Imagineering reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. Information collected prior to the time any change is posted will be used according to the rules and laws that applied at the time the information was collected.
